Illness/Sickness: Floating and blowing bubbles

Today my axie started showing some weird behavior, after she gulped air and swam back down to the bottom of her tank she started floating about and inch off her water and blowing bubbles. She has never done anything like this before and worried.

They have rudimentary lungs and like to gulp from the surface at times. Just keep an eye to see how much she is doing it, if it becomes excessive you may want to check the water quality.

One of mine does it to float on the surface and beg for food when we're near the tank, when he realises he's not getting any, he lets the air out and sinks to the bottom sulking (or so I'd like to think)
