Food for slender salamanders?

Hello,
I was wondering what to feed slender salamanders. Where I have found them there is lots of tiny centipedes. Do they eat baby centipedes?

Centipedes are a no-go, as they can bite, which would probably harm something already small and fragile. Try using spring-tails, fruit flies,small/baby earthworms, and pin-head crickets.
