There's a "Cascades Frog" known to be in the area, and I believe this is Rana cascadae:

A treefrog...there were many froglets and toadlets hanging out at the edge of the water.

Any ideas as to the identification of the tree frog and toadlet?
 
I think the treefrog is P. regilla, and as said in chat, that toadlet looks to me like a California toad(B. boreas halophilus)
