Fungus on bloodworm and now on axolotl

Hi again..Well we had a regurgitated prawn piece coughed up by our axolotl. He seems to refuse any other food but bloodworm. We removed him from the fridge to warm him up and hopefully make him hungry again. Since coming out on Sunday he had refused all food. He has the fungus still on his tail as well. I caved yesterday and bought him some bloodworm. Although he is too large for them we were worried about him not eating anything..
Pellets, earthworm(1/4 earthworm is ignored, 1/2 earthworms go in his mouth but he spits them out!) And wax worms have been refused so far! Hand feeding pellets or wriggling worms does not work either. There are too many bloodworm to count how many he has eaten, but I saw him hoovering some into his mouth do it seems he was eating something. How can I wean him off these,?
Re fungus, I recall most of it clearing up a couple of weeks ago..this seems to coincide(roughly) with the time that we temporarily had him in dechlorinated spring water from bottles. Is the cause being in the tap water possible as I can't come to another conclusion!

No, it won't be. Unless you aren't taking the chlorine out. You must always use a dechlorinator. If you are taking the chlorine out etc, then it'll be because he's so starved and malnourished his immune system is not good.
Honestly, I'd stop feeding bloodworms all together. If he's hungry enough he will eat any of the above. Blanche your worms - if you don't they can taste sour and that puts some axolotls off (mine don't care). It makes them get rid of all the sludge inside of them (poo if you like). Now he's not in the fridge he will have a larger appetite than when he was in the fridge. Just keep trying.
