Is it slime coat issues or fungus? How can you tell?

The hatchlings are a little larger than a nickel now and still in tupperware. We had to move their housing and rooms around as we still wait for the 45 gal breeder tank to cycle.
For 2 days they were in the kitchen in 2 community large bowls instead of a more removed corner of a smaller room. The water got up to 71' for the first time.
Furnature all moved around I had to put them back in their individual tupperware containers and back into an empty tank that we have for more controlled temp environment.
Now I have something that looks like drops of something floating and sinking around the babies in the water. A few of them have "angry" gills (the kind pointing up and forward). I have lowered the temp back down to 64' with little lighting and much quieter. We are on day 3 and still I am seeing goo around then and on their daily water changes.

I attached 2 pics I tried to snap quick as not to stress them even more. Since the bucket changes they are way more timid for feedings and get spooked way too easily

Slime issues make them look slippery and dull-colored, fungus makes them look furry or fluffy. Slime is clearish, fungus is opaque white or grey, and tends to spread/puff up pretty fast. Looks more like slime to me in these pictures. Either way I'd test the water for ammonia, you may need to up the water changes, in addition to keeping it cool.
