Getting Axolotls in Tasmani (specificly Hobart)

Hi all, i was just wondering if anyone knew were i could get Axolotls in Tassie, or if it's possible (or legle?) to get one send to me?

Hi Miles, I am originally from Tassie (NW Coast) and have not seen them there anywhere. I got one when I moved to WA, you should try calling the Department of Fisheries I think they can tell you if axies are legal there.

Have just looked on a website which says axolotls are prohibited in Tassie.
