Glycera blood worms

Does anyone know if it is safe to feed Glycera to Caudates? I'm having a tough time actually finding fresh water bait like night crawlers cause I live so close to the shore and a bait shop which is a five minute walk has these cheap.

I did a search and I didnt find a topic on it as a suitable food item or not.

I would stay away from anything with salt content. Wal-Mart often has earthworms for fishing bait but they are perfectly fine to feed to your animals.
If you don`t have a Wally world in your neck of the woods, K-Mart and some gas stations often have them.
Or you could order them off the internet from places like Josh`s Frogs.(Not affiliated,just a happy customer.)
