Gold Colouration

Hi, I recently purchased an axolotl and he seems to be quite happy. However, I've noticed he's got some gold colouration over his body (he's of the green-black variety) and I wondered if this was normal colouration for this variant or if something is wrong.

sounds perfectly fine, he sounds like a wildtype and they can vary greatly, from a mustard yellow to black with spots and every shade in between
