Question: Golden Albino with silver specks

Hello, my brothers new golden albino axolotl has silver-ish specks on his/her tail. He/she is about 5". He/she also has silver gills with red fluffy fringes. I am a little confused, is this normal? I have seen a few pictures like it but most are all gold. Can anyone give me more information ?
