As mentioned previously in another post, I had a culture of microworms that I split into 3 separate container.
container # 1 contains microworms + betacarotene (red thick oily liquid) *
container # 2 contains microworms + spirulina (fine green powder)
container # 3 contains microworms + betaglucan (fine white powder)
* I found my betacarotene at Walmart in the vitamin and supplement section
Once I added the different additives, there was still life seen in all 3 containers.
The different cultures were fed to 2 different animals......10 guppy fry and 3 T marm larvae.
The only change I have seen is that my 3 larvae appear a tad bit "pink". The limbs that were previously missing have regrown. I do not contribute the regeneration of limbs to the gutload. This is a normal growth process. I will keep you informed of the "pink" coloration.
