I would like to know how to make a good home far a tiger salamander.Right now I have the tank divided in half,(half water half land).I have three salamanders in it.I have an inch of gravel then 3 cm of sterile soil,I then have moss covering the whole aquarium floor.I have a piece of wood for hiding.Any suggestions to make my habitat more comfortable?Also any food suggestions and where could I get them?

Hi Tigsally,
they won't need the water area, and just a shallow dish will do (they can drown). The will also need deeper soil as the like to burrow (hence the common name 'mole' salamanders).
