Hamburg, Pa show

The Hamburg show yesterday was crazy. I counted 5 to 10 Caudata.org members there. I didn't have the time to visit with people as much as I would have liked to. My guess is that their was an attendance record. Our stand was busy till about 4:00. Their was a big line to enter the show till early in the afternoon.

Their was lots of live food and supplies offered at the show. Other than the salamanders offered by me I saw w.c. amphiuma, sirens, and fire salamanders available.

Someday I will make it out there again. Maybe in the summer when people start having hatchlings and there's a selection of new and unusual species.

The central Ohio show the weekend before was busier than I've seen it in a long time too. Lots of people there, and lots of people buying. Maybe it's a positive trend!
