I was told that jumping up and down a bit besides the table will help to increase the available retention volume which is absolutely necessary for the successful participation in such an endeavour.

Ralf, that jump up and down thing is just a vicious story passed around to help identify our foreign guests...

The natives perfect the art of loosening belts, snaps, buckles and zippers under the table to maximize gut expansion while avoiding detection/public humiliation. Some are successful...some are not...
