Hello,

I was looking over photos of the babies I've been raising and I feel like they look a little thin. I tried some on some red wrigglers chopped and it seemed to be good with eating them. I am going to be transitioning to worms now and wanted any tips or warnings anyone might have. Here are some photos for context, some are well rounded, but some look a little slender, they are 3.5 inches and will be 3 months at the end of the month.

they're ready. i used to work with breeders and we would offer the smallest red wigglers we had to them as early as two months old. i've never had issues with red wigglers (and i've raised hundreds of larvae) but some report that their axolotls dislike them due to their bitter taste. if you're starting them on red wigglers young, this shouldn't be an issue. the one labeled "copper" looks a bit thinner than i'm comfortable with, you may want to try feeding him separately from his siblings.

Thank you!! Got about 5k of them in today, chopped them and everyone feasted individually 😊
