Hello, I've had my axolotl for about a year and a half, and she's in a 20 gallon long tank. Two nights ago, I noticed a fungus in her gills, so I did a water change (about 20%) and gave her a salt bath. When I woke up yesterday, I did another salt bath and another 20% water change. A couple hours later, I noticed that my axie had lost almost all of her gill feathers. She's had a fungus before, but it didnt cause her to lose all of her gill feathers so fast, so she's now in a 10gal quarantine. Over the past 48 hours, she's had 4 salt baths, she refused to eat yesterday, and she's not as active as she usually is. Her gills now also seem to have white stuff around them, but it isnt cotton like. Here's a picture of what she looked like this morning after her bath. http://oi68.tinypic.com/1gp3m0.jpg

Can someone please tell me whats happening to her? Is there a different treatment I should try besides salt baths? What caused her gill feather loss?

I cant see any white stuff in the picture, is it possible what you are seeing is slight slime coat shedding? salt baths are pretty harsh on the outside layers of skin so it would make sense if you saw that after a few days of treatment.
if all the fuzzy fungus bits have fallen off you should stop salt treatments, maybe switch to tea baths (or indian almond leaf) since they encourage healing in addition to inhibiting fungal growth.
axolotls can breathe through the skin, with lungs or with gills so dont worry too much about the missing gill feathers, with time and good water they should grow back pretty quickly. if i remember correctly too much water movement can cause them to fall out too so be sure that filter flow is extra gentle while they heal

After a closer look, it doesnt look like her gill feathers have fallen off, but more like they've lost absolutely all of their color and turned almost stringy? I'm just very concerned about how fast it all happened. I'm going to switch to tea baths tomorrow and see if that helps her.
