Hi i came across this earlier today and i don't have the clue what it is?The water is crystal clear.I feed them pinkies as it is the only thing they like. This thing is about 2 inches in length,it's white with a pink tint to it.The female is rubbing herself on it and she stays standing over it.She is about 8 to 10 inches in length but i don't know how old she is,as only had her and one other for a month now.Does anyone have any ideas?????Sorry but the picture want upload so will keep trying(Really sorry)

Andi-I saw you were having problems uploading pictures in the gallery too.

This might help?
To add a picture to your post:

1. Type your message in field named "Post"

2. Click the "Upload Attachment..." button.

3. A small window will open.
In the first field on the small form type in a simple short name for your picture (you are not renaming your picture this is just a placement name)

4. Click the "Browse" button on the small form and select the picture from your hard drive.

5. Click the "Upload" button on the small form.

6. The file will upload and the small window will close.

7. click Preview/Post Message

Your picture should appear in the preview.

See if you can upload us the picture

Hi everyone! Just joined the site and need some urgent advice on a nitrite problem i have in my new tank. I set the tank up 2 weeks ago to run in, wanted to leave it longer but my husband who keeps african cichlids put some of his established media in my filter, tested tank and said it was ready to go. Hmm? Obviously biological filter hasn't kicked in as have 2.0 level of nitrite in tank. I am doing partial 10% water changes daily at the moment to try to help it reduce, so far it is still rising. Please help me as i love my new axie friends and i don't want them to be stressed or worse still die.
P.s I am sorry if this post is done incorrectly but am not sure how to start my own topic.

If you have a problem that's completely irrelevant to the previous discussion in the thread, then you can scroll down to the bottom of this section, which happens to be "Beginners and Axie Newbies", and click on start new thread (right now you are in the thread, "Help! I Don't Have A Clue What This Is..?"). Then you will be able to title, add the first post to, and even chose a small piece of clip art to accompany and draw attention to it when it shows up in the category "Beginners and Axie Newbies". The thread is created along with your first post. Good luck!

Thanks Andi for the advice - now i know how to add a post. I tried to delete my message off your thread but it won't do it as it has been more then 30 mins - sorry! Thanks again for your help.

Andi - what kind of message do you get when your picture wont upload? Perhaps your picture is too big? Can you resize it and make it smaller?

I would like to see "the thing" you are describing.

Hi Cynthia,It doesn't say anything it just sits there with the full blue bar that comes up at the bottom of the page when uploading and it doesn't do anything the blue bar says it's loaded but i left it for an hour and it's not doing anything.I will try again tomorrow cos i really want to know what this thing is.(Cheers for your help in talking me through it)

Hi Andi, just back after a few days busy and AWOL but I think we need a piccy of this thing to determine what it is.

Second point pinkies alone are not a good diet. Go for variety and be a little patient it may take them a few days to come round to the idea of different foods. Mine love worms and grudge-ingly eat pellets for the main diet. Other items are offered from time to time.
