Illness/Sickness: Help! I'm worried!

Hi I have had my lotl for 2 years now and he's had his off times of eating and always seems to bounce back. But this time I'm worried, I noticed he has a black spot on his lower lip and now has developed a red spot next to it and will not eat his food. Has anyone seen this before? If so can you please help me I'm VERY worried!
