HELP - My Axolotl cant move her legs

Help, My axolotl cannot move her legs and I do not know what to do. She has tucked them underneath her body, I dont know if this is to protect them or not?? I have been told it may be a calcium deficiency, so am gonna add a liquid calcium. Any Ideas, Has this happened to anyone before.

i would suggest you try to find a vet who deals with amphibians as i have heard of others with this problem and it seems to always be a viral infection.

if you cant find one try phoning the zoos to get the number of their registered vet.
