Help please!!!

Can someone help me out here? My axolotls rear end is floating up and I know usually that means they're constipated. So I did the fridge thing for 3 days and got no results so I took her out. It's so hard for her to walk like that, I feel bad. A side from that, she just doesn't look right to me. Her head looks swollen and her sides look wrinkly. She won't eat either. Idk what's wrong or what to do.

What are the parameter in the tank - ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, PH and temperature? What substrate is she on? I can't see anything abnormal with her skin on her sides but there does seem something a little odd about her head but I am not sure if it is the angle of the photo.

If you've had her in the fridge that would explain the lack of appetite.

But I think you're right, her head looks a little swollen. I would take her to a vet - it could be a sign of infection which will need antibiotic treatment.

But wouldn't her appetite come back after being out of the fridge for a few days? The ammonia, nitrates, nitrites, ph, temp and everything is fine. She also has a tank mate and her tank mate is fine. And now her hands look jacked up, you can see red vanes.

You need to keep her separate from other axies - just in case it's a communicable infection. And get her to a vet - visible veins is not usually a good sign and swift treatment will mean a better outcome.
