Help please!

My axolotl just ate a piece of beef heart, and about 10 minutes later he started swimming around the tank really fast, and looking like he was trying to throw up his food but couldnt. i opened his mouth to see if i could see the meat and pull it out but its too far in. is there anything i could do? i hope it isnt choking on it!

He probably got it stuck on the way down, but he has gills, as long and he can eventually get it down he should be fine. Beefheart can be dangerous.
