I just came back from my vacation and they laid eggs and hatched a day or 2 before i got back, i have nothing to feed the newly born babies, i see about 7 swimming around in the tank. Im transferring them to another small tank and have posted to local listing looking for someone to come pick them up. but in the meantime i dont know what to feed them or where to get the food for them, how long will they survive without food? thanks

After hatching, they don't eat for a few days.
Afterwards, they will need to find little live preys like cyclops, daphnias, artemias...

If they still have their yolk sack, you'll have time to begin to hatch some artemias.
Otherwise, if you live not too far from a pond, you can catch cyclops or daphnias with a fine net.

In any case, I'd advise you to keep them in a fresh room (basement...) at least until you find some adapted food for them.
