Help!

I've had my axolotl for about two weeks now. Its very active and likes to swim a lot, but I noticed that there's some red stuff in one of its leg and I'm worried that it may be sick.

pH: 7.4
Ammonia: 0.25 ppm
Nitrite: 0 ppm
Nitrate: 40 ppm

Looks like a graze or a bite, skin doesn't look brocken but keep an eye out for fungus
