HELP!!!!

I have got home from work this evening and my Eldest is not her normal self. She is hacking (like she is going to be sick), floating and seems to have a little red bump on her head. Im going to sort out some pictures in a few minutes. I have lowered the water level so she doesnt have issues with floating. Also I did a full water test yesterday and everything was ok. Im kind of stumped, and very stressed and worried. If anyone has any ideas, please share asap.

I have managed to get a close look at her and the bump on her head seems to be a cut. I think she has got stressed and banged her head. Do you think this will heal up and get back to normal???

axie's are brilliant at healing, but keep an eye on the water and on your axie so that infection and fungus doesn't set in.
