Home depot slate tile for tank?

Hi i was wondering if its safe to use slate tiles from home depot for my tank!

It should be

as long as its natural unglazed, untreated.

I use garden slate slabs and have some tiles as well

I haven’t used them with amphibians, but those look like the exact ones I have for my reptiles. I imagine they would work fine.
