How can u tell if there larvae eggs?

There is sum kind of object in the water that could not of been from anything i put in there, i could only think that one of my newts maybe layed eggs or shedded skin, one of the two, does anyone have a picture i could compare to see if there eggs or not?

Did you browse through the picture gallery? I'm pretty sure I've seen images of eggs there.
