how many pellets for 5 inch axie per day

The only general rule is :
The belly width should be more or less equal to the head width.
Adjust the feeding to obtain that.

Do you only give pellets ?
 
I sometimes give a small piece of shrimp (not live) as a treat but mainly pellets.
I've heard that bloodworms are good but I cant find any for sale
