The cost of newt depends on the region. Say getting an oregon newt in euro will be expensive compare to getting an oregon newt in American will be cheaper. And different states or province will have differnet availability and price. And where can you get them also depends on where you live. You can try to get them from captive breeder on this forum as well.
I hope you are not breeding them just to make money. cause they do require lot of effort and time and love. And the two newts you mentioned probably do not worth much. Especially if you are referring to Chinese Fire Belly Newt.

I can't tell from your post, but you ask how much they are, and then how much you can sell them for. They aren't that easy to raise, and you won't make much profit.
Just for future referance if your going to get a newt or salamander have a aquarium setup already before you get them.How do you have your tank setup?any pictures?
And in the future, try not to catch newts from the wild. Cause that do damage to the habitat. Try to get them from breeders. And dont return any animal back to the wild as well.
