How much salt?

I am going to keep brine shrimp. I am going to keep them in a critter cage. How much salt should i put in a critter cage that is 10.5 x 7 x 6.5 going L W H?

Not sure what the scale of measurement those dimensions are in. But 5g of salt to a litre is good.

Normally you use them within a couple of days and they feed off their own reserves. They are most nutritious in the first day after hatching. If you try to feed them, you risk fouling the whole thing.

Hey,

i hatched these lil guys to feed my babies and tried a few different concentrations. i used two table spoons for about 1.5L and a teaspoon of eggs with two air stones and a heating lamp. they hatch with in a day and a half for me but you can buy a "mix" which includes the eggs and the salt for 1L of water they took 3 day for me to hatch but it could of been a bad batch. they cost me around $14.00 from the petshop for a pack of 3.
