How to best introduce new Axolotl to Two older Lotls?

I've got two adults who are about 12" and 9" Male/Female.

I've got another lotl we "rescued" from a shop who is now about 6.5" in size.

I know he's a bit too small (certainly a he!) for now, but when he gets closer to adult size...what's the best way to introduce him and hopefully not have any lost limbs?

Hi,
I don't have too much experience with introducing new axolotls into a tank
but maybe a mesh tank divider could help? just a thought so they could
get used to seeing each other. Btw its great to see more people rescuing axolotls
from pet stores.

When its 10"+ drop it in the tank with the others, you dont need to introduce them like dogs etc

If people part with cash its a purchase not a rescue. Buying axolotls to save them from poor care in pet shops just encourages them to get more.
