How u keep eggs from fungus?

So I'm wondering what you all do to help keep your Sally eggs from getting fungus? I haven't seen any topics on one so mabe we can share techniques with each other... This link is a go to for my fish spawns. Fungus

As I understand, you need to freshen up their water once, even twice a day.

I had 60 eggs 2 weeks ago; those have resulted in 15 healthy larvae.

I also theorize that a gentle stir of the eggs is helpful - you see other amphibian or aquatic eggs being stirred, touched, and brushed gently by the parents.
