They have been fighting for 3 days.

The big one keeps attacking the smaller one. How can i make them get along ?

If i leave them for a long time will they get used to one another and stop fighting ?

The only thing you can do is add many hiding places and plants/rocks/wood to block the view as much as possible. If that doesn´t work and they keep fighting you´re going to have to separate them. This species is highly territorial and highly agressive. Fights can result in the death of one animal.

I would suggest separating the animals first.

If dividing and creating more territory like Rodrigo suggests doesn't work you are going to have to separate the animals. Even if they aren't causing serious injury the dominant animal can easily stress the little one out by being threatening and chasing the submissive animal. Eventually the submissive animal will die from a stress related complication such as disease.
