Illness/Sickness: I need help, serious floating.

I need some help, seriously. I don't understand it. One of my axies are having some severe floating going on. Today when I got she was floating vertically and almost couldn't get down so i fridged her immediately. I don't see any bloating but she was fed a worm a few days ago when she was completely normal.

What's weird to me is, I've fridged her several times until she didn't float anymore, but every time I dropped her in the tank again she started floating again after a few days.
But it only affects one of them.

The most common reason why axolotls tend to float is there is not enough oxygen curculating around the tank for them to breath using thier gills. The are then forced to swim to the top to take a gulp of air and breath using their lungs. What do you have in your tank in a way of airation? like an airsone or filter. And have you only resently gotten this axolotl?

I've had them since 30th November. I used a fluval U3 filter before but now i have a simple spongefilter and Peace Lily-filter. And i do have an airstone but i only recently put it in.

did he/she only just recently start floating? since you put in the new filters

It's not new. I've had the spongefilter since early january and the flower-filter has been running for a month and a half now. And i took the fluval out a month ago maybe.

I suspect it's the water quality that may be the problem, it's not entirely clean and i'm going down to test it tomorrow and see what the results are.

Does she defecate as usual？
I speculate that she has gastrointestinal symptom,maybe you could separate her from the others,keep your eyes on her for a few days,and stop feeding her during this time.
