Id please frog-toad Southern NH

One of my friend's found this animal in a fence pole casing for their pool. He asked me to ID it. Found in Southern NH. I came up with Hyla versicolor, or maybe Bufo fowerli. I am leaning with the Hyla. Not having seen the specimen in person and not able to get a good size measurement I am just guessing here.

Fowler's toad? That's my best guess without a larger picture.
 
Ask your friend some questions about it: Hyla versicolor/chrysosolis has a yellow wash under the legs, which are long. They're also fairly smooth to slightly bumpy. Toads have really short legs and are really warty.
