Impacted?

I recently purchased 3 leucistic axolotls and I'm already in love with them! I noticed that one of them has a dark spot inside his body and I'm curious as to whether you think it's substrate or not.

EDIT: After further inspection, all 3 of them seem to have the dark spot. I'm not sure if it's an organ or not. I'd appreciate any input.

It's an organ. You can see them on all light colored axolotls when they're small. Once they get bigger their skin becomes less see-through and you won't be able to see the organs anymore.
