I need to know by tomorrow, because the sale will be gone by the first

Background: My friend is getting a new tank for his saltwater fish and offered to give me his 55G long and stand free of charge, but no lid and the folks at home don't want me to get an older tank, for some reason? We went to the pet store so we could make a compromise, but we have stumbled upon a tank with a bargain sale.

I have been thinking about getting a second axolotl for quite some time now, and the aquarium at the store is a 54 gallon corner tank and is on sale but only until tomorrow. The dimensions of the tank is 39" L x 27 1/4"W x 23" H, but I don't know if its enough room on the bottom for two axolotls to sit comfortably. Please help!

It should be fine. Axolotls don't really moved vertically except to take gulps of air so the vertical space will be wasted on them.

Its not the height that I'm concerned about, but the floor of the tank looked kinda small? I feel like I'm paranoid, but I just want to make sure that they would be comfortable

No, it's more than enough.
