I recently moved my Barred Tiger Salamand and my Eastern into a semi-aquatic vivarium. They seem to be staying in the water more than land (The land is misted daily). I know they breed in the water and all, but is this ok?

No. Adult tigers completely terrestrial. They aren't not the strongest swimmers and can drown in a setup without adequate access to land. If they're spending more time in the water, this means your land area is not adequate. It could be too dry, too wet, too exposed, etc.

Why did you move them to a semi-aquatic setup?

It´s certainly a drowning hazard. If you are going to have an aquatic section, make it very shallow and ridiculously easy to transition in and out of it.
