Just would like to know if its safe to use acurel f or other clear water drops in an axolotl tank?

It will mess up your nitrogen cycle and many of those products are designed for use with fish. they often contain compounds fatal to amphibians.
Try a better tank maintenance schedule and reduce the lighting. Proper water changes work wonders.

Often such products mask the problem rather than solving it (like splashing on cologne instead of bathing when someone smells bad).
If you explain what is making your tank non-clear, there may be other solutions to the problem.
