Im a first time Axolotl owner and I was just wonder if my axo looks healthy, im especially curious to know if other Axolotls have the white poka dot skin and if it is healthy.

Hello, looks good first sign of illness is usually the deterioration of gills. Your axie looks fluffy and fat skin texture is usually just that texture
