Is my axolotl stressed?

I'm in the middle of cleaning my tank and i noticed my axie's tail seems bent at the end. It doesn't look curled, it just looks like it's on an angle. Other than that he's seems healthy and normal. He's active and eating fine.

Picture is blurry but you can kind of see what i'm talking about.
Just a little worried. If anyone could give me any info on this that would be grand

Also for a bit of added information there's a tiny chip in his tail for lack of a better word, around the area where his tail is bent. I don't know if that would cause this or not

It's really not a good photo to judge anything by. Would need better photos.

What are your water parameters?
