Is she going too heal

I have bought 2 females and 1 male from a lady close by from where I live. My wife and I went and picked them up as she was putting them in the container she dropped one of the females and part of her stomach is hanging out of her hind end will she heal up. I know I can not breed her because of it.

That's a serious mistake to make. Take images asap and post them. If the damage is minimal (which I doubt) you should still seek a vet that works with amphibians now, there's a high chance euthenasia is needed.

Best try find a vet that can deal with amphibians asap, you can't leave the Axolotl in that state any longer
