Hello! Recently I had bought a Seachem product made for reviving reefs. I bought it because it has LOTS of calcium chloride and a bit of magnesium chloride in it as well, which can be used to raise water hardness. I’m just wondering about this other compound; “Strontium”. I’m pretty sure it’s just another mineral, but I want to make sure.

The product I bought was Reef Complete. I bought it instead of Replenish. They both have very similar ingredients.

The ratio of the solution is 100:5:0.1.
(Calcium, magnesium, strontium)

thanks for the help!! -Torro

Hi! Did you end up using it? How did your axolotl do with it? Why did you choose this over Replenish or Equilibrium? I am trying to figure out what to use in my own tank and wondered what you ended up doing?.

I would think if it is meant for reefs, it is probably not a great idea to use for an axolotl.
