Itching!?

Just recently my Axolotl V started to swim around like crazy in the tank, putting his left rear leg into his left gill and shooting of. Does he have a itch or does he just play? He has done it for aprox 10 min now.. im kinda worried though..


Now he stopped though..

My dog does that, but he's a bit of a loony though...

Hmm, he did seem to have a itch. But it´s gone now. It was really fun to watch. He did some kind of back flip with his left rear leg in his left gill and then he shooted of like a bullet maybe 6-7 times ^_^

My axolotl Moomin does that too. I think its just itchy skin.

Ah, feels good to know. I was kinda worried there for a while that he had some kind of fungus or so.. *puh*

Well if you're worried do a little salt bath and if it calms down a bit then thats what it was. Otherwise its ichy skin ahha!
