Keeping White Worm Culture Cool

Can I fridge a spray bottle and spray the culture daily with it in order to keep it cool?
 
That doesn't sound like it would work. You could, alternately, keep the culture in the fridge. I keep mine in the basement.

how low can they handle? My fridge only gets up to about 42 fahrenheit
