I am being shipped 2 Lake Urmia Newts. How big should my tank be and what should be in the tank? I can't seem to find a care sheet for them.

Make sure you have an escape proof lid, (don't let the air line go under the lid, make a hole in the screen for it to go through) Sand or bare bottom as substrate, no gravel. Use lots of live plants and a sponge filter. When getting new arrivals i find it helpful to have a small piece of cork bark for them to rest on out of water as they will be adjusting to their new home, the same can be accomplished using floating plants.
