Laotriton laoensis like water stream?

I know that laoensis live in valley(laos)

and I have plan set up water pump in my laoensis tank to give air flow

is that ok some strong water stream to laoensis?

this is now my tank, but similar

No I think that’s probably too strong for them

That looks like an undergravel filter setup. I would not recommend them for salamanders. You will have much better success with less or no substrate and a simple sponge filter. I have two breeding setups for Laotriton. Both have some hiding spots, no substrate, and a sponge filter.
