Lifebearer for anchor worm?

ive been treating my axies for anchor worms for like 3 months and nothing works. i was talking to someone on my fish forum who suggested lifebearer. would it be ok for the axies if i used it at half dose?

I've used Lifebearer with my puffers at half dose and double the treatment time. Not really an axolotl, but puffers are some of the most sensitive fish out there when it comes to chemicals so I'd feel safe using anything I used on them on my axies. Lifebearer did the trick for the puffs, but I was treating for gill flukes. Off the top of my head, I can't remember what other parasites it kills. If nothing else is working though, I don't think it would hurt- just remember to take the carbon out of your filter whenever you're medicating or the meds won't be effective.
