Light dots on my axolotl

Hello! My axolotl recently did have a fungus issue. I did resolve that with salt baths. I now have a new concern. I have noticed in one pictue that it looked like he had spots on him. In the other picture he looks like they may be super light spots. I am not sure what to do if they are spots. I don't know what I could have been doing wrong?
