Looking for breeder experience

I'm like so many that has had an oops but then had the 2nd one again(with other female) because I was trying to get a cycled tank set up. Well now I'm cycling with my male axolotl which I know is scary scary business. 1st babies are about an inch and eating good. Thoughts were to add nano sponge filters to their tanks (each one aprox 3 gal water and 10 per tub) and keep them well fed and 50% water changes everyday. Will this work? Also how in the world do I find them homes? My friends and family are lame any insight is much much appreciated
