Looking for more information on lighting and UVA/UVB lighting for Taricha torosa

I am reading conflicting information. You don't need to have UVB lighting but it does make taricha torosa healthier.
I would like to see what type of lighting people here use for their taricha torosa. If you don't mind, brands and information about the light would be appreciated.
