Hey all! My little axolotl Edd has a sizable bump on his head in between his eyes. Its essentially the color of his skin, but looks a little inflamed. I know he bounds around his aquarium and runs into things, he once jumped up and hit the top of the aquarium but was ok right after.
I'm hoping that this bump is the result of him running into something as he often does, but I have never seen this before. He is in a 10 gallon tank, I give him regular water changes and he has a small filter. He eats bloodworms every day every day and his stool looks normal, his behavior still seems normal. Any ideas? I did a water change today and he was acting completely like himself. I just want to make sure he is well! I am attaching a picture, but it isn't as clear as I'd like- he doesn't stop moving.
